    * Our extensive candidate pool consists of the A players in the          industry who were passive candidates not actively looking on          the market but are now open to exploring new opportunities with      our clients that would result in a very positive career change for      them.

 

   * Our vetting process is extremely thorough. We take the time to         really get to know our candidates on multilple levels in order to       avoid wasting our clients' time. Initially, we gather additional         information from the hiring manager, such as specific deal               breakers, the type of personalities that thrive in the company           culture, and essential qualities not included in the job                     description, which is usually the most useful information in               determining which candidate is the perfect match.

 

   * We create genuine and personable relationships with our clients       and our candidates. We stay engaged with our clients from the       very beginning of the process, by providing search progress           updates and gathering feedback as the search process evolves         and throughout negotiations up until the final integration of the       new hire. IEC takes pride in helping its candidates advance             their careers. We keep our prospective candidates informed           throughout the entire process. We even inform them if we               haven't heard back from the client. We coach each prospective       candidate with different interviewing techniques for phone               interviews and first, second and third face-to-face interviews.           We also inform them about who they are interviewing with and       their interviewing style. Even if they don't make the cut, we             provide valuable feedback as to why they were not selected so         they know what they need to work on and we assure them that         we will contact them if new opportunities arise.
